*The Identity Check Alert Service covers participating Australian merchants in GBG’s network. You’ll receive an alert when GBG informs us that your first name, last name and date of birth have been used in an identity check at a participating merchant. As at 5 February 2025, GBG handles over 60% of online identity checks run by Australian merchants.

**There is an initial three-month trial, for all new customers. A subscription fee for the Subscription Service plan you selected will be debited from your Apple App Store or Google Play Store payment method once the trial is completed, unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the trial.
